『TERMS OF SERVICE』

・ This document contains information and instructions about the process of my work, whether commissioned illustrations, designs or adoptions. Below are the terms of use, and as a client/customer of any piece of art produced by me, you are advised to read this.・ As an artist I am not responsible for the client not reading the terms. I will take the terms as an agreement.・ Please feel free to ask questions about any policy before committing to request an art slot.

『GENERAL』・Do not trace any of my work.
・Do not edit or modify any part of my work without my consent.
・Do not claim my art as your own.
・Do not use my work for AI training or NFT sales.
・Do not resell adopts without consulting me.
・Any breach of these rules will be considered a blacklist.
・I work Monday to Friday.『COMMISSIONS』・I only accept work from people over 18 years old.
・Please commit to good and clear communication, as I value good work.
・The customer can communicate via DM on any social network they prefer. This choice can be filled in during the form.
・If they prefer, they will have access to Discord, where I can respond even on weekends.
・Always consider checking the wait list. Slots are organized in order of payment, unless priority is requested.
・Each order category has a different deadline. Some jobs require more time. Check the information in the price and services table.
・Slots will be reserved with at least 50% of the payment made.
・I have the right to refuse the commission.
・Commissions will be delivered via email with rar. format or .png if the files do not exceed 20M.
・I have all rights to publish WIPs and final artwork on my social networks, with the purpose of promoting and developing my portfolio. This will be flexible if the illustration contains explicit, confidential or commercial content. In these cases, the conditions will be agreed.
・All prices provided are for personal use. Work for commercial purposes will be agreed in advance with the customer, starting at the value of 80% of the final budget.『WORKFLOW』・After the announcement that the commission will begin, the following path will be followed.^{Rough Sketch Brainstorm > Customer Review I > Refined Sketch > Customer Review II > Final Sketch with colors > Customer Review III > Progress I > Customer Review IV >> Progress II >> Customer Review V >> Progress III >> Delivery >> Feedback}・From the start of the work, there will be an estimated delivery time.・Should any problems occur that affect the artist's workflow, they will be duly notified by the social network that feels most comfortable maintaining communication, according to the form.『PAYMENT』・Payment can be made via PayPal, Stripe invoice or via Ko-Fi.・Fees will be added to the end of the quote. 5-10%, depending on the payment platform.・Experimental commissions must be paid in full.・Regular commissions can be paid by the method 50% to the waitlist + 50% during the final process.・Any commission may have a price increase due to the complexity of the design/order, so please check the commission category you are requesting.・Priority commission.

↳No progress or final artwork will be posted on social media.
↳Final artwork will not be displayed in portfolio.・Commercial commission.

↳Allows lifetime use of artwork for advertising, editing and third-party work for the client.
↳Credits will still be required.
↳PSD may be requested.『REFUND & CANCELLATION』・You should never request a refund via PayPal. This will be considered a serious violation of the terms of service and will result in immediate blacklisting.・The conditions and reasons for the refund must be discussed with the artist. Therefore, be honest and responsible.・Refunds are only possible if the commission has not yet been started within 3 months.・If the terms and deadline are agreed, the artist will refund 40% of the commission amount.・Platform fees will not be refunded.

『working period』5 days— 2 weeks post start.『price』 flat $50 + ✥ render $100 +『how it works』 Ornamental design exclusive to the customer. The most common shape is a rectangular arch, but other shapes and sizes are available and the price is completely negotiable.

『working period』1 month— 4 months post start.『price』 starting $250 +『how it works』 Price is fully negotiable if you want more models besides the front + back included in the regular order.Options for creating objects to include in the character are also open and negotiable with a fixed price.Flexible workflow. Long conversations and high flows with reviews will be made.
